All sandwich boards come with either matte or gloss lamination film to protect the graphics from scratches and UV fading. Standard dimensions include 18″ x 24″, 24″ x 32″, 24″ x 36″, 24″ x 48″, and 32″ x 48″, with 24″ x 36″ being the most popular size.

    Strata Signs

    Lightweight yet strong, aluminum signs are among the most durable materials available for signage. If you are seeking a smooth finish along with durability, aluminum is the ideal choice.

    EverPrint offers a variety of signs, including those for parking, safety warnings, real estate, traffic, and more. These signs are made from high-quality, white enamel-painted aluminum. You can customize them with your desired graphics, which can be printed on regular vinyl or engineered-grade reflective vinyl. The graphics are protected against scratches and color fading thanks to a gloss laminating film.

    For optimal use, we recommend a thickness of .063 inches for wall mounting and .080 inches for pole mounting. The most commonly used sizes are 12″ x 18″ and 18″ x 24″.

    For mounting options, you can choose pre-drilled 3/16-inch holes or 3M VHB (Very High Bond) double-sided tape. The holes can be arranged in two configurations: two holes (one in the center at the top and one in the center at the bottom, each 1 inch from the edges) or four holes (one in each corner, each 1 inch from the edges).

    Vinyl Adhesive Decals

    Vinyl adhesive decals enhance the professional appearance of your product and can significantly increase its value. These decals are digitally printed on vinyl with pressure-sensitive adhesive, making them informative or decorative, easy to apply, and visually appealing.

    You can choose between removable or permanent adhesive options, specialized for your specific application. Opt for vinyl adhesive with air-release channels for a bubble-free installation. Premium car vinyl works exceptionally well for vehicle graphics, as well as for any other surfaces with compound curves. The Avery easy apply and repositioning technology ensures that the installation process is smooth and enjoyable.

    Applying contour cuts to your decals adds value and makes them more attractive. If you want to protect your decals from scratches or premature color fading, lamination is recommended. For permanent graphics placed on the back of the window (second surface), the graphics will be mirror printed on clear adhesive vinyl and laminated with white back vinyl.

    Static cling decals, which do not have adhesive, can be applied to the front (first surface) or back (second surface) of windows; however, they do not require mirror printing.

    Banners can be equipped with reinforced grommets in the corners and along the top or bottom edges approximately every 23 inches. If you choose to include grommets on your banner, reinforced edges on the shorter sides will also be provided.
